Deconstructing the Popular Wisdom
on the Art of Field Sprinting

*    *   *   *   *   *    *   *   *   *   *    *   *   *   *   *

They say that one mustn't begin his sprint too early...

They say that he who pulls the trigger too early shoots himself in the foot...

They say that one must hide in the herd and wait...

They say that one must not unleash the ball of fury
until the last possible moment...

They say that Labor lacks the guts, brains and balls to win the Big Ones...

They say that attacking from the front on an uphill sprint is the height of arrogance...

They say that one must not celebrate until after the line is crossed....

But Labor says, if the Popular Wisdom says it can't be done, then that's exactly what Labor will do.
